Maintain a minimum daily balanceof just $10 to avoid the $1 monthly service fee.
Passbook Savings
Those who prefer an ongoing record of all their deposits, withdrawals and interest earnings should consider this traditional savings. There are no monthly service charges when you maintain a minimum daily balance of $10 in your account. Otherwise, there is a monthly service charge of $1.
