Are U.S. Savings Bonds available for purchase at FCB?
Applications to purchase either series I or series EE U.S. Savings Bonds are available at our branches for customers.
Non customers can purchase savings bonds with cash only. Effective January 1, 2012, there has been a change to the way you can purchase U.S. Savings Bonds. Visit the US Treasury website at http://www.treasurydirect.gov/ to purchase U.S. Savings Bonds.
Are U.S. Savings Bonds redeemable at FCB?
Series I and series EE U.S. Savings Bonds are redeemable at our branches for FCB customers only.
Does FCB offer travelers checks?
FCB offers American Express® Travelers Cheques for individuals at a $1 fee per $100. U.S. dollars only.
Does FCB offer gift checks and gift cards?
FCB offers American Express Gift Cards for a fee of $3.95 each and Gift Cheques for a fee of $2.50 each, see branch for available denominations. U.S. dollars only.
Does FCB offer Treasurer's Checks for non-customers?
FCB does not offer Treasurer's Checks for non-customers.
Does FCB offer Money Orders?
Customers as well as non-customers may purchase money orders. For non-customers, they may only purchase money orders with cash and there is a $3 fee per money order.
Does FCB exchange foreign currency?
FCB customers may exchange a minimum of $50 of foreign currency. The credit takes approximately 5 business days.
Can I purchase foreign currency at FCB?
FCB customers may purchase foreign currency by coming into one of our branches and placing an order.
There is a $15 fee to receive the currency before 5 pm the next business day.
There is an $18 fee to receive the currency before 12 pm the next day.
All orders need to be placed before 3 pm the prior business day.
