Steven M. Sousa, senior vice president of Framingham Co-operative Bank, has announced the promotion of Rahnuma Habib to the position of human resources manager, responsible for the personnel function and benefits administration throughout the Bank.

Habib, who joined Framingham Co-operative Bank as a teller in 1998, has served as human resources coordinator for the past decade. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Badrunnessa College in Bangladesh and also a bachelor of science degree in management from the University of Phoenix. An Ashland resident, she is a member of the Human Resource Management Association.
