Mark R. Haranas, president of Framingham Co-operative Bank, has announced the promotion of Richard M. Reder to credit officer of the commercial loan department. His responsibilities will include assessing credit and credit risk, as well as loan review.

Reder has been with the Bank since 2007 and previously served as a commercial credit analyst. He has over 12 years of experience in lending.
 
A Belmont resident, he is a graduate of Bentley College and the New England College of Finance.
