Steven Sousa, Senior Vice President
Retail Banking
An experienced banking professional with more than 25 years in community banking, Steve joined Framingham Co-operative Bank in 2005. His responsibilities include the oversight of retail banking, electronic banking, business development & marketing and human resources.

Rachel Stewart, Assistant Vice President
Marketing & Community Relations
Rachel joined the Bank in 1999 with more than two decades of banking experience and is responsible for marketing, public relations and business development, as well as managing the Bank’s active customer relationship program, FCBEdge.

Rachel is also administrative director of the Framingham Co-operative Bank Charitable Foundation.

Joseph Vincent, Senior Vice President and Controller
Security & Privacy
Joe has been part of the Framingham Co-operative Bank team since 1992 after working for KPMG Peat Marwick and the FDIC. As Controller he oversees the Bank’s accounting department and serves as the security, privacy and IT officer.

Kimberly Sambuchi, Electronic Banking Manager
Kimberly has been with the Bank since 2002 and served most recently as retail banking analyst before being named to manage our new Electronic Banking Branch. She is responsible for online banking, online bill pay and presentment, mobile banking, and online account opening. She also oversees ATM/debit card support management, telephone banking, telephone and online live support, and training and personnel development in her new area of responsibility.
